Bingos.com have rather nice software, even if the posh voice that calls the numbers is a little annoying. The auto dauber (which is a vital feature in my view) works well. It will even call bingo for you if you have to nip off and answer the phone (like I just did).
Bingos.com support is only available Monday to Friday during GMT office hours (about 4 hours ahead of EST I think). This is pretty slack - if I have a problem on Friday afternoon, I don't want to wait till monday morning to get a response.
Cashouts are also Monday - Friday only (three business days for processing, so if you request on Wednesday or later, you've got to wait the weekend too.
Still, they do a good job when they are in the office, so we can't complain too much.
